I hold a master’s degree in education and have lived and taught  internationally for over 30 years. Though I love teaching, the constant change over the years -- of location, community and teaching roles -- eventually took their toll and I began to burn out. I decided to reconsider where I was going with my life.

That's when, through working with a career coach, I discovered life coaching. It encompasses so many of the aspects of teaching that I love: connection, collaboration, shared moments -- that I was drawn to it from the first session with my own coach.

I received my accreditation as a Life Coach from the Institute for Life Coach Training, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation. I continually hone my practice through expanding my knowledge about Ontological Coaching, Transformational Coaching, Life Design and the Laser Focused approach.
