What are your methods?
My methods are based on Ontological Coaching, Positive Intelligence, and a Laser-Focused approach.
What can I expect in a 1:1 session?
You can expect to gain insight and leave with actions. Each session is focused on your chosen agenda. We collaborate to seek clarity around your identified issue, then set out some practices for the week to help you continue moving forward.
Note: If you are following the Positive Intelligence (R) Program, individual session/pod agendas (if you choose to be part of a pod) will follow a set format.
What are the group workshops like?
In addition to individual coaching, I offer topic-based workshops to businesses and schools. The workshops are highly interactive and tailored to the identified needs of the group. As a participant, you will leave with simple, actionable strategies that you can implement right away.
Which program is best for me?
You know best! If one of these programs feels right for you, choose to request that program. And if you prefer to forge your own coaching path and not follow a program, you can choose that!
