What are your methods?

My methods are based on Ontological Coaching, Positive Intelligence and a Laser Focused approach. There are resources related to each method on the Resources page.

 

What can I expect in a 1:1 session?

Each session will be based around the agenda you set for the week. Together, we will seek clarity around your identified issue. Then we will collaboratively set out some practices for the week to help you continue to move forward.

Note: If you are following the Positive Intelligence (R) Program, meeting/ pod agendas will follow a set format.

What are the workshops like?

The workshops are highly interactive and tailored to the needs of the group. As a participant, you will leave with simple, actionable strategies that you can implement right away.
